DS Vidya Dhanbad has been actively involved in providing practical training in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Analytics. Over the years, we have worked closely with students from different academic backgrounds and gained deep insights into their learning journey and career challenges.
During our offline training programs, we observed that a large number of students were already pursuing or had completed degree programs such as BCA, B.Tech, BBA, and MBA, especially in fields like AI, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics.
However, despite holding these degrees, many of these students approached DS Vidya to learn practical skills. The primary reason was that they were facing difficulties in clearing interviews and securing jobs due to a lack of real-world, industry-relevant knowledge.
We realized that in many institutions, students were primarily receiving theoretical education, which was not sufficient to meet the expectations of the industry. As a result, there was a clear gap between academic learning and practical application.

Under this collaboration, ISM Ranchi has authorized DS Vidya Dhanbad as its official study centre. This partnership is designed to provide students with a combination of recognized academic degrees and strong practical training.

Examination at ISM Ranchi
For academic processes, students visit the ISM Ranchi campus for internal examinations, industrial training, and placement activities. During these visits, hostel facilities are available for both boys and girls, and students follow the academic guidelines and dress code of ISM Ranchi.
Final examinations are conducted by Jharkhand Technical University in Ranchi at designated centres. All fees are paid directly to ISM Ranchi to ensure complete transparency. This entire system allows students to study from their hometown, save significant costs on relocation, and still gain real campus exposure along with strong career opportunities.
